Copyright Policy Statements

1. All copyrighted work created by Innovate Tech Pvt. Ltd.’s Employees or Contractors in the course of their employment or engagement with the platform, including but not limited to original lesson plans, instructional materials, and platform features, shall be considered the property of Innovate Tech Pvt. Ltd., unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
2. By submitting content to Innovate Tech Pvt. Ltd., Contributors grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, adapt, translate, and publicly display their work solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Innovate Tech Pvt. Ltd.’s platform and its educational services.
3. Contributors shall agree not to submit any content that violates the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any third party. 
4. Innovate Tech Pvt. Ltd.’s Users shall share and access copyrighted material through the platform but must do so in compliance with the Copyright Act of Nepal 2059 and the principles of fair use. This includes using copyrighted material for criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, or research, as permitted by the fair use provisions of the law.
5. Users shall be responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary permissions or licenses to share copyrighted material on the platform. Innovate Tech Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for any copyright violations committed by Users.
6. Contributors shall be responsible for including appropriate copyright notices on their own original work submitted to the platform.
7. Innovate Tech Pvt. Ltd. shall respect the copyrights of others and take appropriate action to address claims of copyright infringement.
8. Innovate Tech Pvt. Ltd. shall take down any content identified as infringing upon the copyright of others upon receiving a proper notification meeting the requirements of the Copyright Act of Nepal 2059.
9. Users who repeatedly infringe on the copyrights of others may be subject to legal actions as governed by the Law of the Land.
10. Our videos are only authorized for download through our official mobile application. Downloading videos through any other means, external applications, websites, or third-party services is strictly prohibited.
11. Any unauthorized download or use of our videos constitutes a violation of our terms of service. This includes, but is not limited to:
    1. Downloading videos using third-party applications or websites.
    2. Downloading videos for redistribution or commercial purposes.
    3. Sharing downloaded videos outside of our platform.
12. We reserve the right to take appropriate action in the event of unauthorized downloads, including:
    1. Account suspension or termination.
    2. Legal action against the offending party.
13. If you encounter any unauthorized downloads or use of our videos, please report them immediately to our support team.
14. We may collect the following personal data in the course of providing our services:
    1. Name
    2. Phone Number
    3. Email Address
15. We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard your personal data. These measures include, but are not limited to:
    1. Secure storage facilities with access controls.
    2. Encryption of personal data at rest and in transit.
    3. Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
    4. Access controls that limit access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.
    5. Employee training on data privacy and security practices.
16. We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and for any additional purposes permitted by law. Once your data is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
